Returns

We offer free returns to all UK and Jersey/ Guernsey customers. However, we do not refund any postal charges which will be at your own expense.

• You have up-to 30 days to return your unwanted item/s from the date of your order.
• Once processed refunds can take up to 7 working days.
• Any items that are returned need to be in their original condition, unwashed with no stains or signs of wear. Any items received that are not in their original condition will not be liable for a refund.

If you have any questions regarding our returns policy or need to discuss an item that is faulty or damaged, please email Info@smittenkitten.co.uk. Any items that are damaged will need to be photographed with a detailed description of the damage that has occurred. Damaged items cannot be returned after 7 days on receipt of the item, refunds are subject to review once received.
